Lots of things trigger Google’s search ad disapproval system. Sometimes, it catches words and phrases used within ad copy that it believes to be trademarked. Other times, its bots crawl a landing page and find it to be temporarily not working. It might also think that you’re selling banned items or using inappropriate language.
All of these disapprovals can be fixed by making edits to the ads and resubmitting them, which our ads specialist will do regularly.
If you get an email about a disapproval, don't worry! At the same time Google notified you, they sent the same email to our digital ads specialist, who will make the necessary changes and resubmit the ad for review as soon as possible. All ad disapproval concerns should be resolved by the next business day, and rarely impact your account's performance or metrics.
